'Just grow up will you?'
Many of us are conditioned to leave our childhood behind us as soon as possible.
But in the hurry to shelve our trikes, trains and trading cards, it's easy to forget how we thought or acted when we were young. How we felt. What we believed. The things which were truly important to us.
Perhaps that's why some adults find talking to kids a challenge. And why organisations often struggle to get their messages across to them.
