A Values-Led Business?
Paperhorse exists to make a difference, not just a profit.
Toys aren't us. We're not here purely to package trainers or action figures. We use our creativity to help kids take a deeper look at themselves and their world. Of course we do undertake commercial work. But where we sell we also aim to leaving behind something of value, not simply another item on a pile of stuff in a kid's bedroom.
Actually, we believe more organisations should take this view. As families become increasingly fragmented, the cross-generational mentoring process - grandparent to parent to child - is in decline, and more and more kids now glean their worldview and guidelines from sources outside the home, including corporates and the media. That's why we seek organisations to work with who take their influence seriously, and who want to use their knowledge and resources to help equip families and future generations.
Could yours be one?
